All U.S. orders are sent using a tracked, insured service.

We have a flat rate of £20 (approx $26) and includes full tracking, parcel protection and packaging.

Because import duties and taxes vary by item, an extra 25% of your order total is added to cover those costs. This will be shown at checkout. This keeps things fair and stops you getting hit with surprise fees when your order arrives!

Nope! We send all U.S. orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning all taxes, duties, and admin fees are prepaid by us. What you pay at checkout is the final cost. There should be no nasty surprises from customs!

Once dispatched, U.S. delivery usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on customs and local postal services. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as it ships.

We use Evri International (DDP), which partners with USPS for final delivery in the States. Every parcel is tracked door-to-door.

It’s all down to international courier costs, customs fees and duties but we’ve set our prices so they cover those charges without overcharging you. We want to make sure your order gets to you safely and smoothly.

At the moment, we only offer our standard tracked DDP service for U.S. orders. It’s the most reliable and avoids unexpected customs issues.
